Details:
About oral presentations:
- Oral presentations of full papers will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes (presentation) + 5 minutes (Q&A). However, it is recommended that presentations aim to be slightly shorter than 15 minutes when possible.
- Oral presentations of short papers will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes (presentation) + 3 minutes (Q&A). Again, it is recommended that presentations aim to be slightly shorter than the maximum time allowed.
- Session chairs will ensure strict adherence to the schedule to keep the sessions running on time.
- Details about the slides will be announced soon.
About posters:
- Posters must be brought physically printed.
- The poster must be prepared in portrait format, with accepted dimensions of 60 cm (width) × 80 cm (length).
- Authors with posters scheduled for a given day must ensure they are present during their assigned session, although they are welcome (and encouraged) to attend the other session taking place on the same day. However, posters may only be displayed on the day they are assigned and must be removed at the end of that day.
General information:
It is not possible to make any changes (to session or day) to any of the presentations. Due to the high volume of presentations at the conference, the organizers are unable to allow changes that would disrupt the programme.
Please note that presenting your paper/poster is mandatory. Failure to attend the conference will be considered a no-show, and the paper will be removed from the proceedings. In such cases, no refund of the registration fee will be issued.
In case of any programme updates (potentially minor), the organizers will inform participants via the EasyChair platform. It is strongly recommended to ensure that the corresponding authors’ email addresses are up to date to avoid communication issues.
Remember that venue information (how to arrive, room locations) is available here.
