One registration is mandatory for all attendees, according to the following table. If a speaker is going to present more than one paper where he or she is listed as co-author, discount for one additional paper can be applied.
Fees
Members of the following scientific societies will receive a specific discount:
- Società Scientifica Italiana di Informatica BioMedica (SIBIM)
- Sociedad Española de Inteligencia Artificial en Biomedicina (IABiomed)
- 20% discount on any non-IEEE member fee.
- 10% discount on any IEEE member fee.

Full papers are allowed to have a maximum of 2 extra pages with a cost of 50€/page.
What it is included in the registration?
The registration fee includes:
- Access to luncheons during the whole event (only lunch – dinner is not included, except gala dinner).
- Access to coffee breaks.
- Access to the gala dinner.
- Delegate kit.
** Company person: The benefits for the company persons are only the social activities and the gala dinner, without access to the conference venue.

Registration must be made using the following platform, except for those papers with extra pages. The papers with extra pages must be sent an email to cbms2025@alocongressqcw.com to perform the registration.
