IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT METRO (SUBWAY): Transport Disruption

Please note that the Ciudad Universitaria metro station (Line 6), the closest stop to the CBMS 2025 venue, is currently affected by a partial closure of Line 6 due to maintenance works (more information, including alternatives).

Please bear in mind that only the section from Mendez Alvaro to Moncloa is closed. Hence, if you come from the other area (north), you can still reach the Ciudad Universitaria metro station. See attached the plane with the information about the closure:

Alternative transport options:

  • Bus lines: 82, 132, I (towards Moncloa), G, and U all stop at Ciudad Universitaria.

  • Stop at Moncloa metro station (Line 3) and walk to ETSIAAB.
  • Shuttle service: A special replacement bus (SE6) is running between the affected metro stations, including stops at Moncloa and Ciudad Universitaria.
